A sitting room in the back includes a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV and DVD player. Each of the five bedrooms has access to a newly tiled bathroom. The second floor has a spacious master king suite and additional queen sized bedroom which also includes a twin loft bed. The large kitchen offers a sizable island with seating and granite counter tops throughout, plus new stainless steel appliances which open into a comfortable great room with 55" TV and DVD player. Two sliders open onto the top deck which provide great ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The ground floor includes an outdoor shower, a Rec room with sliders to the backyard and an elevator that allows access to all floors making this home handicap accessible.
